I hate Singaporeans. One: they complain too much and two: they have no manners. Ironically, im going to do number one today, which is to complain complain complain. I went to that place for my weekly thing as usual and had dinner at Maxwell Centre. It was after office hours so it was quite crowded. I got a six-seater seat and sat by myself. Suddenly, some random guy just sat down without a word. It happens all the time but it still never fails to piss me off. I mean, why cant they like ask for "permission"? Not exactly permission since Im dont have like some authority over him, but as a basic form of courtesy. It even happened when I was having dinner with my family. The seats were vacant and some random people just popped their fatasses onto the emtpy seats. In the end, I had to "shoo" them off. It doesnt take much for me to tell them that its occupied, but on their part they should at least ask first. Some people even stare at you before seating down, especially the elderly. Lol, Im generalising but I dont care. Its partially true.

After dinner, I took the train home. I was at Raffles Place so there were some available seats although not many. Being a typically kiasu Singaporean, I stood beside the door (at least I didnt stand in front of it and block the people coming out), ready to chiong for a seat. Crap, all these are relevant. The point. Some fat, rounded guy sat beside me. Im okay with that. I have nothing against fat people. That would be a lie right? At most it would be a little bit uncomfortable. But this guy made things very uncomfortable. Not only was he taking up space with his body mass, he extended his arms out wide to read his newspaper. If you can picture it, you would be able to tell that I would be sort of sandwhiched, even considering my stick-like stucture. So inconsiderate. I cant read my book man. Lol, what a mugger I am. Irritated, I got up and stood at the area connecting two adjacent carriages. I remember there was some point in time when some guy suggested that fat people pay extra for public facilities. Lol, I was so for it in the train at that time.

Hmm end of complaints. Today I learnt a new definition of the word "poser". Commonly used to mean someone who wears branded goods to look "cool", "poser" would otherwise mean a false self or a fake facade. I think that explains most of it. I got this from the book that the facilitator passed me. The book said almost everybody is a poser to a certain degree whether we like it or not. I believe that. Im one too, like everyone else. In fact, the poser (branded goods) is also a poser (false self) because he may be doing it for many reasons, like fitting in or looking good. Woots a pun. Im trying to rid myself of that "false self". Hopefully, this book will help a lot.

As usual, a lot of people are going overseas within this period of the June Holidays. All those who are, happy holidays and have a safe trip! By far, the few who I know are Nigel, Chiap, Michelle and Sup, who has already returned to his country of birth. I will be still here. Hopefully not rotting. LOL.
