LOL. I just learnt that I am very insecure, or rather reaffirmed myself. Yesterday while we were supposed to be doing history after our parody project, chiap, nigel and me had a really honest and fruitful discussion. Its really quite rare, especially in RI, to have such a sincere discussion unrelated to work and academics. I enjoyed it. Really. Chiap described it as a "support group". Lol, I guess it was similar to one. The only thing was that I was more of the participant on the receiving hand while Nigel and Chiap were like the facilitators. Lol, thats what I think. Instead of posting what happened throughout the day, I came up with a really crappy poem which does recount the entire day but does not consist any sort of poetic function. Lol, here goes:
I went to school
on an auspicious Saturday.
We had work to do
but things just didnt go our way.
When the clock struck 12,
Nigel came.
Although an hour late,
he was still as lame.
Chiap and I blabbered relentlessly
while Jerome worked at the com.
Sup tried his to concentrate
but Nigel was blatantly blasting songs.
We had lunch at Junction eight,
the order of the day was rice.
It was fried with kimchi
and was called kimchi fried rice.
The afternoon was supposed to be for history
but history repeated itself.
Instead we ransacked Adrian Chan's locker,
and looked through all the marked stuff.
Satisfied with our own marks,
we sat down and began to talk.
We talked like there was no tomorrow
and we just couldnt stop.
Every show has a finale,
every book has to close.
Likewise our day had to end,
but I enjoyed it the most.
Lol, so crappy. I really thrashed out a lot of my problems and frustrations. It felt good...
